Kenneth Stoops

Kenneth Stoops is the Managing Director of Multistate Tax Services at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they have worked since 1996, advancing from Senior Manager to their current role since 2003. Kenneth leads the Pennsylvania and Delaware State Tax Desk and is a member of the PICPA State Tax Committee. Prior to Deloitte, Kenneth held positions at BDO USA, LLP and Wagner Sharer & Co. Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and completed a Master of Science in Taxation at Widener University.
