In the State of Rhode Island, Larkin served as Press Secretary for the Lieutenant Governor, enhancing media visibility during a historic term. Larkin's role as New Hampshire Campaign for Change Press Secretary for Obama for America demonstrated effective spokesperson skills during a pivotal election. Additionally, Larkin contributed as a speechwriter at HUD during the economic crisis, focusing on message consistency.
