Laura Richards is a sustainability talent leader dedicated to coaching global business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Founded in 2016, Business Innovations for Good is a multidisciplinary training program Laura created to foster sustainable business practices among women in East Africa. With a background in behavioral health management, Laura previously managed a facility for foster youth, aligning organizational change with sustainability principles. Laura holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a certificate in Sustainability at MIT Sloan School of Management.
