Léa Collet is a dynamic, interdisciplinary professional with a decade of diversified experience in consulting, banking, technology, and corporate development across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Currently a Director at Deloitte FSI in Düsseldorf, Léa focuses on developing sales strategies and private banking capabilities for local government-controlled savings banks. Previously, Léa held roles at Deutsche Bank, IBM, and the Boston Consulting Group, among others. Léa earned a Master’s in International Affairs and a Master’s in Finance, complementing a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Government. With expertise in strategy development and technological transformations, Léa acts as a strategic catalyst, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
