Leah Brown

Leah Brown is a Partner at Deloitte Australia, where they have been contributing since 2020. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Westpac Group from 2018 to 2020, including Chief of Staff for Human Resources and Employee Relations & Policy Lead. Leah's extensive background in workplace relations includes serving as a National Human Resources Manager at TNT Express and a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor at the NSW Business Chamber. They began their career as a National Trainer at the Office of the Employment Advocate and worked as a Policy Advisor for the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations. Leah holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master's in Labour Law and Relations, both from the University of Sydney.
