Lesley Mitchell

Lesley Mitchell has a diverse background in finance and executive leadership, beginning as a Settlements Officer at NZI Bank from March 1990 to 1991, managing back office offshore settlements and money market management. From 1991 to 1993, Lesley served as a Treasury Officer at Clear Communications, contributing to the development of treasury operations. As an Equities Trader at Merrill Lynch New Zealand from January 1994 to March 2001, Lesley honed trading skills before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer at ETOS Limited from February 2002 to December 2022, where responsibilities included brand building, business development, and team management. Additionally, Lesley held positions as a Board Member and Executive Director at ETOS Limited from January 2019 to December 2022 and currently serves as a Partner at Deloitte.
