Leslie Barron

Leslie Barron is a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they have spent 12 years as a human capital consultant, working to improve the lives and experiences of individuals within organizations. Leslie currently serves as a Senior Talent Business Advisor, designing HR processes and policies that enhance people performance while partnering with senior leaders to manage talent lifecycles. Previously, Leslie held various roles at Deloitte and began their career as a Senior Management Analyst at BearingPoint. Outside of consulting, Leslie is an RYT-200 power yoga teacher at CorePower Yoga, committed to creating inclusive and empowering classes. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Texas A&M University.
