Lexi Cherry

Lexi (Lauser) Cherry is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in strategy within the Retail and Consumer Products sectors, with a focus on Store Operations. Previously, they served as a Cultural Analysis Support Intern at Munich Reinsurance America, Inc., and held the position of Director of Human Capital in the Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Practicum, overseeing projects related to job satisfaction and workplace culture. Lexi was also a Teaching Assistant for a Management course at Penn State, where they supported students and faculty in developing leadership and management skills. Currently, Lexi is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at Penn State University.
