Lilian Cha

Lilian Cha is a Senior Manager in Global Investment & Innovation Incentives at Deloitte Australia, where they assist companies in funding innovation through the R&D Tax Incentive and government grants. Previously, Lilian served as a postdoctoral researcher at Telethon Kids Institute, coordinating a clinical trial focused on demyelination and neurodegeneration. They also held roles as a Research Officer at the Institute for Respiratory Health and a Consultant at EY, specializing in R&D and government incentives. Lilian earned a PhD in Immunology and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Pathology from The University of Western Australia.
