Lin Shui

Lin Shui is currently a Conversational AI Consultant at Deloitte and has held various roles in the field of computational linguistics and AI. They served as an NLU Working Student at Telefónica Germany, where they maintained training datasets and enhanced model performance using Python. Lin completed a Master Thesis at Bosch Rexroth focused on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and interned at Bosch Energy and Building Solutions, where they developed and benchmarked LLMs for building security applications. Additionally, Lin acted as a Teaching Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, supporting students in Mathematical Foundations while pursuing a Master of Science in Computational Linguistics. They have a background in German Language and Literature from both China University of Mining and Technology and the University of Duisburg-Essen.
