Lindsay Bourne

Lindsay Bourne is the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Deloitte, specializing in international trade law with a focus on economic sanctions, export controls, and compliance. They previously served as an Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte from 2018 to 2025, and held positions at Weil Gotshal and Manges and Sidley Austin LLP as an Associate. Lindsay began their career as a Legal Fellow at The Center for Justice and Accountability from 2009 to 2011. They obtained a BA in History and Political Science from Colgate University and earned a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
