Linzi Wright

Linzi Wright is a CIPD qualified Senior HR Business Partner with extensive experience in human resources, including a significant role at ScotRail Alliance where they focused on employee engagement during a period of operational wind down. Linzi's previous positions include HR Generalist at EICC, Human Resources Consultant at RBS, and Team Leader at Xerox Services, where they managed a team and transitioned HR operations to an outsourced solution. They are currently enhancing their HR expertise at Deloitte while holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with Law from Edinburgh Napier University.
