Lucy Clay

Lucy Clay has a diverse background in marketing and program management, starting as a Marketing Assistant at the Association for Project Management from April 2011 to March 2013. Following that, Lucy served as a Social Media Manager at Hyundai Motor UK for a brief period in 2015. Lucy's tenure at Deloitte UK began in February 2019, where various roles included Assistant Marketing Manager, Next Generation CFO Programme Manager, and eventually Head of Next Generation Programmes until July 2021. Continuing at Deloitte, Lucy took on the positions of Head of CIO and CHRO Programmes and Portfolio Senior Manager for North and South Europe until July 2024.
