Luisa Celis

Luisa Celis is a Senior Manager in Human Capital at Deloitte, where they support public and private sector companies with organization design. They hold an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, focusing on organization design and social sector innovation, along with a degree in mechanical engineering from Queen's University. Luisa spent five years at Ontario Power Generation, including two years in a management role, and also worked with Engineers Without Borders Canada in Ghana, enhancing local government planning processes and service delivery.
