Lydia Eckhard (geb. Neuhuber) is the Managing Director of Deloitte Sustainability & Climate GmbH and a Partner at Deloitte, where they lead initiatives focused on the sustainable transformation of companies. With extensive experience in managing holistic environmental, social, and governance projects for multinational clients and small to medium enterprises in Germany, Lydia integrates financial and sustainable perspectives to ensure long-term success. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Universität Salzburg and a Master of Science in Financial and Information Management from Technische Universität München.
