Maeba Lopez

Maeba Lopez has extensive experience in the fields of audit and education. Starting a career as an Assistant Officer at BBVA from 2002 to 2005, Maeba then progressed to a Senior Manager Audit role at Deloitte, where tenure lasted from June 2005 to July 2022, culminating in positions as Partner and Directora de Audit&Assurance. From May 2018 to July 2023, Maeba served as Profesora en Master Oficial de Auditoria at Universitat de Lleida. Currently, Maeba contributes as a volunteer trainer for EFEC- Educació Financera a les Escoles de Catalunya since December 2020. Maeba holds a Master en dirección financiera y contable with a specialization in auditing from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a ROAC certification from ICJC, and has completed the Proyecto Progresa - Executive Education Program for Emerging Leaders at Esade in 2021.
