Marc Dunn has extensive experience in IT service management and transformation, having held various leadership roles at ICL Fujitsu and Fujitsu from 1999 to 2003, where responsibilities ranged from managing service desks and change processes for HM Customs & Excise to overseeing asset management and service assurance. Subsequently, Marc served in multiple managerial positions, including Lead Business Systems Manager and Project Manager, focusing on business systems and service delivery for notable clients such as the Home Office. More recently, Marc has been with Deloitte, initially as an Infrastructure Transformation Manager from November 2021 to April 2024, and currently as a Transformation Project Manager. Marc holds a BSc(Hons) in Business Information Technology from Leeds Metropolitan University.
