Since June 2005, Marc has been a Principal (Partner) at Deloitte, where the Public Sector Contact Center business was developed into a $400 million offering, overseeing all aspects including operations, sales, and P&L responsibility. Marc holds an MBA in Marketing from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
