Maria Gorovater is a highly skilled professional with diverse experience in leadership and communication roles within various organizations. As a Senior Welcome Week Ambassador at UCL from September 2021 to October 2022, Maria managed a team of over 30 ambassadors, addressing conflicts and fostering a welcoming environment. Experience as General Secretary and Freshers' Representative for the UCL Geography Society from June 2020 to August 2021, and as a Regional Communication Manager at the Russian Centre for Development of Artistic Creativity, highlight strong organizational and promotional skills, evidenced by delivering over 1700 applications for art festivals.
