Mark A. Cohen

Mark A. Cohen is a Managing Principal and Senior Deputy General Counsel with extensive experience in corporate legal matters. They served as a law clerk at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, and later worked as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, where they advised private equity clients on various transactions. From 2011 to 2016, they held key roles at Deloitte, including Principal and Deputy General Counsel, overseeing client engagements and corporate transactions. Mark obtained their J.D. from Fordham Law School, graduating Cum Laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif.
