Mark Faas

Mark Faas is an Audit Partner and Professional Practice Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they have been employed since 1999 and became a partner in 2003. They served as a partner in Warsaw, Poland, focused on reporting for large multinational corporations from 2003 to 2006 and later managed the Salt Lake City office from 2014 to 2019. With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, Mark specializes in complex accounting and business challenges, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with SEC regulations. They hold a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University, are a certified public accountant, and are accredited in International Financial Reporting Standards.
