Mark Miller

Mark Miller is a Principal at Deloitte, where since January 2002, Mark has led the US Equity and Incentives practice, focusing on global compensation and benefits consulting as part of the Global Employer Services practice within Deloitte Tax. Mark provides expert advice to multinational clients on long-term remuneration strategies, including plan design, administration, communications, investor relations, and tax minimization. Additionally, Mark served as a UK compensation and employment tax consultant and a Board Member at the Global Equity Organization from June 2016 to June 2019. Mark's educational background includes a CEP in Equity remuneration and stock administration from Santa Clara University, a CTA in Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with management from the University of Warwick.
