Mark Saunderson

Mark Saunderson is an International Tax Partner at Deloitte, based in London, with over 20 years of experience advising multinational corporations on international tax planning, particularly for US-parented groups. Mark leads Deloitte Foreign Owned Business Tax's relationship with the US Central South Area and has advised many of the world's largest companies on various tax matters including structuring and cross-border diligence. A former International Tax Senior Manager in Deloitte’s New York office, Mark is also the Learning Partner for Deloitte UK Tax & Legal, overseeing the educational needs of over 4,500 professionals. Mark holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
