Masashi Baba

Masashi Baba has a diverse background in accounting and auditing, beginning as a Consultant Intern at EY Japan in March 2018, where responsibilities included updating elimination matrices for benchmarking studies and conducting market analysis for submissions to the National Tax Agency. From October 2016 to June 2019, Masashi served as a Student Accountant at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, reconciling and advising on department budgets. Following that, from September 2019 to October 2021, Masashi worked as an Assurance Staff at EY, conducting financial audits and analyzing business risks through trend analysis and financial ratios. Currently, Masashi holds the position of Audit & Assurance Senior Assistant at Deloitte since November 2021.
