Mathias Bøyesen is a Senior Manager and the Head of L&C PMO at Audit & Assurance Deloitte Danmark. After eight years as a client-facing auditor, Mathias currently works in A&A Transformation, focusing on developing the auditing business and creating a world-class talent experience. Responsibilities include educating audit teams in project management and implementing tools to enhance operational efficiency. With a strong commitment to transforming the industry, Mathias aims to create a sustainable work environment and improve client experiences while reducing working hours for auditors. Mathias holds multiple degrees from Copenhagen Business School and has prior experience in sales and auditing roles.
