Matthew Fleming

Matthew Fleming is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice, where they focus on restructuring advisory, crisis management, and insolvency consulting services. They have extensive experience with organizations navigating Chapter 11, having contributed to some of the largest bankruptcy cases in history. Previously, Matthew served as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP, leading audits for SEC registrants and early-stage companies. They hold a BS in Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems from Syracuse University and are both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor.
