Matthew Lamberta

Matthew Lamberta is a Principal at Deloitte Tax LLP, having previously held the position of Tax Senior Manager specializing in M&A Transaction Services from 2013 to 2019. Matthew's earlier roles at Deloitte included Senior Consultant and Tax Manager in the same service line, as well as experience in International Tax Services. Matthew earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University and holds a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Additionally, Matthew received a BBA in Finance and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
