Matthew Singh is a Senior Consultant within the Deloitte Sydney Change and Culture team, specializing in end-to-end change management and large-scale transformation programs. With over seven years of experience, Matthew focuses on business change, communications, training services, and behavior change, particularly in the public sector to enhance public services. Matthew graduated with first class honours in Business Technology from Ulster University and was recognized as the highest-performing final year student, as well as for the best technology management project. Prior to their current role, Matthew served as an Analyst and Senior Analyst at Deloitte Consulting.
