Max Librizzi

Max Librizzi, CPA, MBA, is currently a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Transactions practice, where they provide financial due diligence services to private equity clients. Max has a diverse background, having previously held roles ranging from Senior Consultant to Manager within Deloitte's M&A Transaction Advisory team. They also completed an internship in the Financial Management Program at GE Power & Water. Max earned an MBA and a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
