Maxwell Collins, CPA, is a tax senior manager in Deloitte’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring Services (MARS) Group, based in Atlanta, GA. Since joining Deloitte in 2018, Maxwell has advised numerous investment management and strategic clients on tax and financial accounting for significant domestic and cross-border transactions. With a specialization in investment structuring and tax planning for the real estate and infrastructure sectors, Maxwell has experience managing complex transaction due diligence and structuring considerations. Maxwell earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Master in Accountancy (Taxation) from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.
