Melanie Gammon is a results-driven Human Resources leader with extensive experience in transformation, talent management, and employee engagement. They served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at QBE Insurance, overseeing human capital strategies, and held various leadership roles at Deloitte, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Culture and People Officer and Partner in the Culture and People department.
