Michael Devine

Michael Devine is a strategic change management leader currently serving as the Founder of Engage Unscripted, where they focus on translating organizational challenges into measurable business outcomes. They also hold a role as Change Management Enablement Lead at Deloitte, co-leading global IT transformation programs and developing methodologies for effective change. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at JP Morgan Chase, where they managed significant CRM application releases and later served as Project Manager and Test Manager. They performed as a mainstage cast member at Laugh Out Loud Inc. while coaching improvisational skills to various students. Michael earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
