Michael Quails

Michael Quails is the Managing Director at Deloitte, where they advise private equity groups, boards of directors, and management teams on strategies for operational improvement and financial transformation. With a background in various leadership roles from 2007 to 2017 as a Finance and Operations Advisor, they have developed expertise in cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and strategic planning. Michael holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Florida Southern College and an MBA from Saint Leo University. They have also committed over ten years to teaching at Purdue University, emphasizing the importance of building and inspiring teams alongside technical skills.
