Michael Wade serves as the Vice Chair of Deloitte’s US Banking and Capital Markets Sector and Advisory Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they lead client service for major global banking and capital market clients. With a background in financial services, Michael has held various leadership roles, including being the Chief Financial Officer at Mentor Investment Group and a Managing Director at Wachovia Securities. They provide expertise in operations strategy, corporate governance, and technology integration, and are actively involved in university relations for Deloitte with a focus on Duke University. Michael earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
