Michelle Stele is currently the Managing Director at Deloitte, having progressed through the ranks from Senior Manager since joining in 2018. Prior to Deloitte, they served as a Senior Lead Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2007 to 2018 and as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Liberty Mutual from 2006 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a Consultant/Software Engineer at SRA International from 1998 to 2002. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Purdue University and are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
