Morgan Weiser

Morgan Weiser is an Organisational Psychologist with experience across the business lifecycle, focusing on enterprise-wide transformation and the application of human behavior insights to create lasting value. Morgan has held positions at Atlassian as an Analyst in People Insights and at the Chandler Macleod Group as a Project Consultant in Talent Assessment. Previously, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Organisation & Workforce Transformation, utilizing their deep understanding of workplace psychology to drive positive change. Morgan is currently pursuing a Master's in Organisational Psychology and a Business and Marketing degree at Copenhagen Business School, having also achieved First Class Honours in Psychology and Commerce at Macquarie University.
