Nancy Hwang is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector Human Capital Practice. With extensive experience in organizational transformation, leadership alignment, and strategic change management, they specialize in stakeholder engagement and culture change. Prior to their role at Deloitte, Nancy worked as a Senior Human Capital Consultant and a Legal Assistant at IslerDare, P.C. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing from Mary Washington College and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University.
