Nasma Abbas

Nasma Abbas is currently the Director of the Middle East Center of Excellence at Deloitte, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Nasma served as Head of HR for MENA at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications International AB from 2007 to 2010, where they managed HR operations and supported the management team on people-related issues. With experience as a VP of Human Capital at Majid Al Futtaim Ventures and HR Manager roles at Vodafone Egypt and IKEA, they have a robust background in human resources. Nasma began their career as a Marketing Executive at American Telephone & Telegraph between 1990 and 1992 and later worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Arthur Anderson & CO from 1992 to 1999. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The American University in Cairo, earned in 1990.
