Nathaniel Smith

Nathaniel Smith, CPA, has a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience spanning from internships to managerial roles. Starting as a Student Cashier and Student Ambassador at Biola University, Nathaniel advanced through various positions at Deloitte, including Audit & Assurance Senior Associate and M&A Advisory Senior Consultant, before becoming an M&A Advisory Manager in May 2023. Nathaniel also worked at BDO USA, LLP as an Experienced Audit & Assurance Associate. Nathaniel holds a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAcc) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting, both from Biola University Crowell School of Business, achieving a 4.00 GPA in graduate studies and a 3.91 GPA in undergraduate studies.
