Navin Malik

Navin Malik is an experienced management consultant currently serving as the Director and National Leader of Health Activation at Deloitte, where they design innovative healthcare solutions. Passionate about transforming care delivery, Navin emphasizes digital solutions and operational excellence while prioritizing patient experience. Previously, they held various roles, including consultant at the Ontario Hospital Association and programs resident at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare. Navin also contributed as a co-sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and serves on the board of Obesity Canada, chairing both the Finance & Audit and Strategy Committees. They are pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University of Victoria while holding a B.Sc (Hons.) from the University of Waterloo.
