Neil Bourke

Neil Bourke is currently a Partner in Deloitte’s Resilience and Crisis Management practice, specializing in Organizational Resilience. With over 15 years of experience, they have led Contingency Planning, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity transformation projects for FTSE 100 companies, primarily in the Financial Services sector. Neil has played a pivotal role in enhancing clients' resilience capabilities by refining incident and crisis management processes and facilitating bespoke business simulations for Board-level clients. Prior to joining Deloitte, Neil served as a Captain in the British Army, where they commanded a team in Iraq and conducted training exercises to improve military response procedures. They hold an MA in History from the University of Cambridge and received leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
