Nicholas Lieb

Nicholas Lieb is a Managing Director in Deloitte's National Merger, Acquisition & Divestiture practice based in Cleveland, OH, where they lead buy and sell side financial due diligence teams primarily in the Life Science & Health Care, manufacturing, and Technology sectors. With over 18 years of transaction advisory experience, Nicholas has contributed to numerous domestic and international projects, specializing in financial due diligence and preparing carve-out financial statements. They previously held roles as a Manager and Sr. Manager in M&A Transaction Services and began their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University.
