Nick Kubsch

Nick Kubsch, CPA, is a Senior Manager in the M&A group at Deloitte, where they focus on significant transactions, including M&A, IPO, and complex technical accounting issues. Currently, Nick supports clients in the Pacific Northwest and has dedicated extensive experience to M&A financial due diligence, particularly in the Consumer industry. After initially working at Deloitte for six years and briefly exploring an opportunity outside the firm, Nick returned to continue their impactful work. They actively engage in training and recruitment, volunteer with UStrive, and serve on the Wisconsin Business Alumni Board. In their free time, Nick enjoys various outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends in the Midwest.
