Pamela Downs

Pamela Downs is a retired Tax Partner and Chief Talent Officer at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they had a distinguished career from 2005 to 2023. Prior to Deloitte, Pamela held the position of Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG, contributing significantly to the tax sector. They specialized in Multistate Tax and the Energy Industry, and served as Managing Partner for Deloitte's Women’s Initiative, promoting female opportunities in the field. Pamela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from East Texas State University.
