Pascal Hua is the China Managing Partner of the Technology and Transformation Business Unit at Deloitte Digital. Since 2024, Pascal has served as the Managing Partner at Deloitte, following a distinguished career that began as a Consultant in Deloitte Consulting from 2002 to 2003. Pascal progressed to become an Industry Solution Manager for Automotive at SAP from 2003 to 2011, and has been a Leading Partner in Technology Strategy and Architecture at Deloitte since 2011. Additionally, Pascal held the position of Asia Pacific Lead Partner for Deloitte Digital from 2022 to 2024, managing a practice of over 1,000 individuals in China since 2016.
