Patrick Howard is a seasoned leader in government consulting with 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Government & Public Services Risk and Delivery Excellence Leader at Deloitte. In this role, Patrick oversees Offerings and Solutions while scaling world-class services for government clients. Previously, Patrick was the National Lead for Deloitte’s Public Sector Health Care Practice, where they managed client service delivery and satisfaction, notably leading Health Insurance Exchange implementations during the Affordable Care Act rollout. Patrick also held key positions in Deloitte's Long Term Care Practice and State Health Care Practice, and has been a prominent speaker and media figure on public sector topics. Patrick earned a BA in Economics from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance and Technology from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
