Peter Cross

Peter Cross is an experienced Talent Leader currently serving as an Immigration Manager at Deloitte, where they address cross-border engagements and associated challenges for international client work. With a diverse background in strategic HR planning and organizational development, they have held significant positions including Human Resources Director at Hartford Financial Services Group and Director of Human Resources at Arthur Andersen. Peter was also a founding board member of the Hartford ALPFA chapter and has significant international experience in the HR sector. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Management from Wright State University.
