Peter Maniscalco

Peter Maniscalco serves as an M&A Tax Partner at Deloitte, where they lead the Special Acquisitions Services Group and are actively involved in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. They have extensive experience within Deloitte, progressing from Tax Staff to Tax Senior Manager before reaching their current role in 2018. Peter gained foundational experience as an intern at BlackRock in 2003. They hold a BS in Finance and Accounting from New York University and an MS in Taxation from Saint John's University.
