Peter Mwaura

Peter Mwaura, a CPA, is a results-driven finance professional currently serving as the Regional Financial Controller at Deloitte, overseeing financial and management accounting across six East African markets. Previously, they held various managerial roles at Deloitte, where they excelled in revenue management, general ledger oversight, and financial reporting, significantly contributing to the firm’s growth and risk management efforts. Peter has also developed and mentored finance teams while championing the implementation of SAP-S4 Hana ERP across the region. They are pursuing an MBA at the United States International University, following a recent post-graduate program in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin.
