Peter Weiss is an experienced public school leader and policy advocate with a background in talent development, strategic planning, and curriculum design. They served as Principal at Achievement First from 2012 to 2021 and then as Director of Training and Development at Harlem Children's Zone until 2022. Currently, Peter is engaged in strategic and technology change at Deloitte. They are also pursuing a Master’s degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and the National Principal Academy Fellowship from Relay Graduate School of Education. Passionate about academic outcomes, racial equity, and LGBTQ+ rights, Peter is dedicated to enhancing the student experience.
